What are the check-in and check-out times?

On the day of arrival, you can get settled in your room from 3 pm. Checkout is at 12 noon. Would you like to spend some more time at the hotel? Based on availability, early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee.
What are the parking options around the hotel?

Feel free to park your car in the public car park next to the hotel for free for the duration of your stay.
I'm coming with my electric car – can I charge it at the hotel?

Unfortunately, there is no e-charging station at the hotel itself. There is one just around the corner at the market, however. It is about a 6 minute walk.
When is the reception open?

The reception is staffed around the clock, 24 hours a day.
Does the hotel offer room service?

The hotel unfortunately does not offer room service. We will be happy to host you at the Gasthouse Goldschmieding or at the bar. Of course, we always have one or two insider tips in the region ready for you.
